Since it was low-season, we could benefit of the overall...

Since it was low-season, we could benefit of the overall tranquility, no crowds etc. Still, the town is inhabited, also by year-round foreigners, thus there are quite a few restaurants open to choose from.

Pleasant town with excellent access to beaches and coast.

Pleasant town with excellent access to beaches and coast. The harbour, beach and restaurants were all within walking distance. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from and those we visited were excellent. There were many scuba dive tours on offer.

Cabo de Palos is a beautiful seaside/harbour town.

Cabo de Palos is a beautiful seaside/harbour town. There are a good selection of restaurants to eat at, all serving tasty food. The beaches are expansive and there are plenty of long walks to enjoy. There is also a great market on Sundays (my favourite market in the world) with a lovely range of good-value clothes, vegetables and household goods. It's also home to the Mercadona - a supermarket bulging with everything you could possibly need. There's everything you need in Cabo de Palos for a fabulous holiday.
