Property was nice and clean. We were told it slept 6 but the children had to share a sofa in the front room so the sleeping arrangements were difficult as the children didn’t want to sleep near the front door

The place is has the perfect combination of old world charm and modern comfortable amenities that is topped by a super refined taste (either the owners are designers or they hired one) which I do not take for granted when staying at local hotels. The location is perfect for visiting the different calas, being super close to several of them but far enough from the noisy touristy areas. Here is the detailed summary of our experience: FACILITIES: - Let’s start with some of the least common and most appreciated features… The place has an ELEVATOR (and it’s a nice modern one, not the scary type that makes you think twice) so after a long trip you don’t have to carry your suitcases up narrow stairs. In Europe, usually either you have to choose to stay at a large character-less place or you choose character and charm with personalized attention but has to settle for climbing upstairs. Here we got the best of both worlds! - The place has a PARKING lot. Coming from the US most people may take this for granted, but parking in Mallorca tends to be a major hassle - and visiting Mallorca without a car takes half of your travel experience away. - The place is extremely well maintained (looks newly remodeled) and is sparkling clean. The rooms are furnished with HIGH QUALITY mattress, a variety of pillows and high quality linens and towels. There is actual storage enough for two people with a mix of shelving, drawers and hanger spaces. The room we stayed had a double sink in the bathroom area (in fact a separate standing sink with shelves for each guest) a separate *closed door* space for the toilet, HIGH PRESSURE modern shower fixtures and quality shower soap/shampoo/conditioner. - The rooms have beautiful sound proof french doors to the balcony - even though the only noise we heard with the doors open were the birds singing.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Our room had everything we needed, and enjoying breakfast in this little oasis was a delight. The staff were incredibly caring, kind, and helpful, which truly made our trip special. I also want to mention that the pool was very clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend staying here, this place has everything you’re looking for.

Selection of restaurants 2 mins away and short walk to many, many more in Cala D'or. (Special mention for Makau which was our star experience). Two big supermarkets within a few minutes by car, multiple convenience stores (much more expensive) very nearby. Would have liked a bit more beach experience but no car-accessible waterfront hostelries other than at Cala D'or port. Wheelchair access provision is slight.

A lovely place to stay, spacious, clean and great comfy beds. It’s quiet and felt very safe, beautiful little beaches within few minutes walk. Local BIP supermarket just down the road. Bars and restaurants nearby. Would definitely come again.

Not exactly our cup of tea at this location without much of an old town to speak of. First visit to Mallorca so there must be some other choices. So far prefer the mix of choices in Barcelona, Ibiza, Galicia. May well be Euro-hell in peak season.

So many beaches to choose from . Water sports activities. Deep sea diving . All local . Lovely restaurant walking distance Cala Ferreira restaurant was walking distance and has some lovely dishes on the menu . The local supermarket is reasonably priced and does some lovely fresh rolls and pastries. Maria who owns the shop is so lovely and helpful . And helped us with directions to serena beach . It’s a beautiful little beach with a bar . It’s mainly for the locals that live there but is so quite and has fantastic views . Esmeralda beach is breath taking views . All the beaches are so beautiful with clear turquoise water . Mallorca is a beautiful place to go and I’ll definitely be back . Great family location easy to get around with buses running regularly to many places. There’s so much to do here from Dolphins to water parks . Booking trips is easy as your able to buy tickets at local super markets . I would highly recommend visiting here . Cala Dor is a short bus journey and is worth visiting. Lots of restaurants. Highly recommended

We enjoyed our stay at MarSenses! It was our first trip to Mallorca, and it was a success right away! The hotel is located 1 minute away from the beach. The area is clean, spacious, and very good-looking. We also liked the food selection: the dishes were diverse and delicious. The staff is friendly, communicative, and always willing to help. We also noticed that the area is safe and calm. There were only a few bars around, but there was no loud music or noise at night.

Apartment was very clean & tidy & also cleaned regularly during our stay. Aircon worked well. Pool was well maintained & quiet for our stay, had it mostly to ourselves. Lovely location, 5-10mins walk away from centre of Cala D'or so nice & quiet, 10mins walk to Cala Serena, Cala Ferrera & Cala Esmerelda, all really lovely beaches & only 15-20mins walk from all 6 beaches.

Excellent location, walkable into the centre of Cala Dor but far enough to be quieter... we were there in April so not peak season... Great beach 2 mins away at Cala Ferrera too. Comfy, good size, balcony, great service from Antonia and the team pre departure too. Photo is view from the balcony

Everything about the house was amazing! Very comfortable and clean. We stayed there with two families, and it exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend to eat at least one day in restaurant cala ferrera!
