What a lovely hotel! The STAFF are warm-hearted, always ready to take care of you, and radiate a familial (uncle/cousin-like) kindness. The breakfasts (8AM to 10AM) had all the essentials which you might need (fruits, cereal grains, eggs, cold cuts, baguettes, sweets, etc) and are served nicely. There's always free coffee/tea and mineral water available all day (even at night). The SURROUNDINGS have beautiful and healthy plants, the color scheme of the hotel interior has a feminine aesthetic (not girly, just calming). It's kept spotless clean. The ROOMS have air conditioning and cute small balconies. The room-to-room sound insulation was good. And the LOCATION is perfect: quiet street, in walking distance from the beach, grocery shops, and restaurants. There's a bus station (107, 103) close by that take you to Palma. If you rent a car there's a public parking lot next to a school, close to the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay, everything was wonderful. We were lucky because our room was far away from the entertainment area and with an amazing view of the sea. - The room was spacious and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. - The food was good, mostly the dishes were repetitive except for a few, but overall we were not bored and everyone could find something to taste. The waiters in the restaurant are very efficient. - One minute to a beautiful clean beach with crystal clear water. - Lots of different areas (several bars, restaurant, 2 pools) and entertainment from animators. - Staff were friendly and helpful. - Supermarket 2 minutes walk away.

Everything was just perfect! Nice room ! Nice view! 8 floor! Breakfast was just wow! Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel in central location. Well maintained and friendly staff. Breakfast had a great selection and they made great effort to accommodate my son’s diary allergy.

Matched the description shown on booking.com. No surprises. Ideal, central location right next to the beach. Nice swimming pools, great cocktails. Excellent breakfast. Outside of breakfast, the cheeseburgers are especially good here.

Loved every minute...so much going on especially because of the Halloween program. Staff were lovely and me and my daughter had the best time.
