Location is fantastic - 2 mins walk from main town and about 5-10 mins from train station, also right next to the bus stop that goes to the airport. Also kept very clean and simple. The disadvantage is the the room is very small, and the bedding/blanket is very very itchy/rough. Also there's no fridge or any facilities for storing/preparing food. However the location is probably the best you could possibly get, and the price is reasonable compared to elsewhere in Reus, so we give 7/10. Thanks for having us!

We stayed several nights at NH Ciutat de Reus and had a wonderful experience, especially traveling with our 18-month-old baby. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. They provided a free crib, a high chair, and were very attentive to our baby’s needs, which made our stay so much easier and more comfortable. The room was spacious, very clean, and warm, and the bed was extremely comfortable. After long days, it was really nice to come back to such a cozy space. The location is very convenient, and we also appreciated the little details like the welcome sweets and water with lemon, which made us feel truly welcomed. We would definitely recommend this hotel, especially to families with small children. We would happily stay here again!

Very friendly, helpful personnel. Very clean, comfortable, quiet. We were upgraded to a lovely suite. Great breakfast. It's our 2nd time here, and we'll be back next time we're in the area.

The whole property is beautiful and so serene. The views are amazing from everywhere you look and Ramón was so nice and welcoming, he helped us with everything. The room was so comfortable and clean.We will definitely be back!

I've randomly stopped here and got the premium suite a week ago because I had trouble finding hotel who accept puppies. I was blown away, the room & services were EXCELLENT. I stopped yesterday again (from my way back from France), tried the Junior suite and again... Excellent. I also ordered Room service and they're clearly into the gourmet feeling. Absolutely delicious. Thanks I will come back for sure

Possibly the nicest Spanish hotel we have stayed in. We had a lovely room with all the facilities you could want, including a super-comfortable bed with choice of pillows. Plenty of places to sit out and enjoy a glass of cava in the delightful grounds and the restaurant was great value with delicious food. The food was better than in the one star Michelin restaurant we visited in France the night before and about a third of the price! There’s a super wine list too. The staff could not have been more helpful. The location is fairly remote so you need a car to get into Tarragona but it means it has plenty of secure parking and is literally two minutes off the motorway and so a great stop-off if, like us, you’re on your way South. Highly recommended.

we arrived in the afternoon and the girl at the reception was lovely , she was only young ,we had our dog and a car and trailer with us , she was so heloful with the parking and the dog .great young woman ,

The price of a single night includes not only the park access, but an unlimited express pass for every visitor both for check-in and check-out dates. That alone would be a great offer for that money. However, every other detail is spot on. Comfortable beds, bathtub, stylish interiors, very high ceilings, and a great restaurant, having, I would guess, its own chef.

Absolutely beautiful property with excellent comfort. The ability to cook our own food, build a fire in the common space, build a fire in the BBQ to cook was unexpected and break to going out to eat for all meals on our vacation.

Location is perfect, area is quiet. Not far from Tarragona so it's easy to travel (bus #19 from the station). The room was super clean, and finally, the staff are friendly and speaking English.

Beautifully renovated hotel, secure parking for €5.a day. Very helpful staff, the owner is English speaking which was a great help although we do speak a little Spanish. We took the bus into Tarragona, about 35 mins away. Breakfast was €10 and it was plentiful, served in the bar. We had a room with a bath and a terrace, heating worked well, lots of hot water. It's definitely a place we would recommend and stay again.
