Inaki and his team were very kind, helpful and we learned so much about the culture and history of the area!! Our view from this lovely hotel on then hill could not be beat. Breakfast was delicious. Bus stop across the street to take us into town. Or even better, walk a short distance down the Camino de Santiago and arrive at the beach!

Spacious room, confortable, parking available. Also, they were so nice to us.

I chose for lower price with good transit access to the city center. RENFE schedules were unreliable (maybe due to construction) and Euskatren services worked well for me. <10 min to center. Several nice pubs right downstairs.

Good location just outside San Sebastián. Nice sized room and was very comfortable and convenient!

Lovely hotel with friendly staff who were very helpful. The room was perfect for two people, air conditioning was amazing since it was 30 degrees most days. Great location if you want good value for money, there is a bus stop right around the corner which gets you into the old town in 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was perfect during my stay. A special shout-out to the reception team, they were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their kindness and professionalism really made a difference and made my stay even more enjoyable. I would gladly come back.

The staff members were very friendly and rooms were clean. Amenities were modern and they had comfortable work spaces.

The hotel is very nice, breakfast was great. The only negative side is that location is maybe a little bit away from the city center, but there is a simple bus connection. We had to change our plans during our stay and leave one day earlier. They returned us money without a word.

Breakfast has all the options for everyone and a good variety. The lady at the breakfast is superb,attentive and extremely helpful. The location is one of the add on.

Close to La Concha and downtown

First, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were beautiful! Well designed and clean. The restaurant was delicious. We enjoyed their 3 course lunch special. Location was excellent. Accessible to old town, shopping places and to other must see places in San Sebastián .
