Very friendly staff, close to highway, free and plenty of street parking , underground parking, very clean, nice bar. You can pay (15 Eu) for a rather good breakfast buffet , or just have coffee and a croissant at the bar. Big room.

I like that it's centrally located, the staff were increadibly helpful and friendly, and that there was a café in the lower level where we could just hang out outside and people watch. I loved it.

It's a beautifully restored historic building, which felt elegant and cozy. All the staff were both kind and patient with my poor Spanish. It's a short walk from downtown Oñati, and a short drive from Arantzazu.

Great place to stay, very quite area with a lot of trees, golf course and the best of all is that it is in the mountains. Staff were very courteous and help me to get a safe place out of the rain for my motorcycle. Restaurant and food was great.

Everything ! Stunning location. Built with so much beautiful detail. Clean, calm and comfortable. Hosts are so welcoming and kind. Only wish we had had more time to enjoy this beautiful home, little village and surrounding countryside!
