The place is really well located, between two metro stations. Host is super helpful and responds quickly. Room is spacious and there's a huge terrace. Comfy bed, table in case you need to work, good WiFi.

The hotel itself was very pleasant and comfortable, but the overall experience was affected by slow customer service, the location, and the pool area. The service at reception was slow, partly because one of the staff members seemed to be new or possibly a trainee and needed constant guidance from another employee. This made the check-in process unnecessarily slow. The location was disappointing for us. The hotel was far from the city centre and not well connected by public transport. The surrounding area was not very pleasant either, with several construction sites nearby. The pool area was also a disappointment. It was completely covered by a roof, which made it feel less inviting for swimming or relaxing. On the positive side, there was a Lidl right next to the hotel, which was convenient.

I stayed at this hotel and had several problems that were never resolved. An employed charged the reservation amount before I had even checked in, even thought he knew that the payment was supposed to be made at the property. However, he rushed and charged from the card the was on file. The payment was actually going to be made with a different card from a digital bank, which the fees is much lower. He acknowledged the mistake, but nothing was done to fix it. I contacted them several times, with no response. The manager, ELENA, is so rude, she ignores the emails and phone calls. The whole staff is extremely rude and impolite, treating me rude like, as if the mistake had been mine. On top of that, there were a lot more issues: there was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, no hair dryer, the coffee machine almost never had milk, and when coffee was available , it was only decaf. Their costumer service is terrible. Both, the staff and the manager ELENA are rude, disrespectful. They don't know how to treat a costumer.

The staff were excellent ,the reason I decided on it as was near to airport by car as Barcelona is a nightmare for uk drivers first time in Barcelona .if I’d got the car I’d asked for as my partner would also have been able to drive , but she would not drive that car we asked for small car that’s what we ended up with as their computers were down when arrived had to wait for couple hours just to get the car. Still enjoyed time there but would not hire a car there again , a scooter yes

Unfortunately, the photos were deceiving as the hotel was more of a hostel. The room was okay in size but the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The linen was old and tatty, there were no amenities such as a simple hairdryer (I visited mid-December and had to air-dry my hair), the towels were of such low quality they did not dry, and finally, the walls of the room were so thin, while I was in bed I could head the staff in the corridor discussing having to wait longer to clean until I left- I rightfully stayed there until check-out time at 12. When you leave the hotel, you have to leave the keys at reception; honestly, id rather skip the interaction. And finally, the lift was not working, thankfully I was only on the first floor... The one positive was the shower pressure, 10/10.

everything was really clean and room was nice, simply decorated and had all that you need. location was great, short walk via an amazing park, safe to walk the vening and clean area. amazing view from the hotel. very easy to get to airport or city centre. rooftop with pool and music is an added bonus :) staff were helpful and everyone in general was really chilled and helpful

The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was really comfortable with all the necessary equipment available. The staff available on 24h can provide useful information how to reach Barcelona center or the airport. The WI-FI connection was also very good.
