The children loved Jeff's Belgium Eatery, and cocktail bar, We loved the Indian, and Pam's Asian, Fairways and Manolas, Locheys and the wine and tapas bar.
Daytrips, to Mazarron, ate at the Peking 5 then across the road to the fun fair .. they have awesome rides and beach front. And Cartagena, Le Zenia
We did an evening at the Karting Circuit in Alhama de Murcia, 15 to 20 minutes from the resort, large track, kids loved it, they do paintballing, food and more there too.
In the weeks around the stay and prior to this stay, we had enjoyed 2 brilliant concerts at plaza del torros less than an hour from the resort in Murcia City (Had a local coach firm take many of us there and back) We saw Rick Astley on the 11th July and returned to see the Jacksons on the 15th.
The local town Fuente Alamo, has all its shops, endless cafe bars, choice of light bights, festivals and great evenings
What a lovely resort, adults and children happy alike
Will be coming again. Last year we rented a whole 3 bed villa, but infact enjoyed this property and location far more :)

The breakfast was slightly better but still cold. (HOT FOOD)!
Do not know what you are eating, no labels, No Allergy WARNINGS.
You might get to play golf if stopping longer, but we booked the hotel to play golf , to no avail due to the course being so dry and bad condition.
I don't think the hotel meets a 4 star re the food. Its well over priced and have eaten better in a cafe.
I cannot see why they cannot put a choice menu out the day before and cook fresh. They must have lots of waste.

The ONA apartments are located on the golf resort of...
The ONA apartments are located on the golf resort of Hacienda del Alamo, which is just outside the small town of Fuente Alamo de Murcia. The hotel on the resort was not open at the time of my visit in November 2022 but there were at least two restaurants, the golf club house, a street cafe and a couple of bars available on the site plus a small supermarket. The resort is only a 20 minute drive from the Region de Murcia International Airport, about 1 hour 20 minutes from Alicante Airport and less than 40 minutes from the beaches of the Mar Menor or in the Puerto de Mazarron area. A car is essential for exploring this beautiful part of Spain.
During my visit I found that the ONA apartments on Hacienda del Alamo are maintained and regularly cleaned to a very high standard. The apartments are well equipped with all the appliances required for a self catering stay, including washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster and kettle. WIFI was of high speed and the TV in the lounge had a range of Spanish, UK and other European channels.
Finally, a special mention for the staff. I had to check in late due to my flight times but communication was excellent with clear instructions, including a site map and photographs which were sent to me in advance and ensured I had no problems. A pleasant, helpful cleaning lady and friendly, attentive reception staff left a very positive impression and I would highly recommend the ONA apartments as an excellent base for any visitor to this delightful area.

Excellent one bed ground floor apartment. Located in a beautiful setting within a few minutes walk of the Supermarket Bistro bars and 3 or 4 lovely Restaurant bars.
Apartment is very clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The locals who live in the area are also very friendly and make you feel so welcome. If your into Golf its ideal as its a few minutes walk from a 18 hole golf course....Perfect...

Very nice pool, officially closed, but still available. Water was perfect, and the area near the pool was well - maintained. People on reception desk were really nice and helpful. A lot of free parking spaces. King-sized bed. Nice view from the balcony

Excellent apartment. Well equipped and beautifully clean. Smilja is a fantastic host. Less than 2 minutes walk to the mini-market and a couple of minutes more to the bars and restaurants in the plaza.

A wonderful find. Great apartment which exceeded our expectations. Our hosts couldn't do enough for us. Perfect for visitng family on the nearby Hacienda del Alamo. We will absolutely be back.
