Location is good, near to bus stop. Also the property is bit old but neat and clean. Services were also good.

the breakfast was very good with a large selection of dishes. A good convenience is the brunch that the hotel has, so if you like to sleep longer, you can eat until 1 pm. Quiet location near the beach. Very friendly staff.

Before I start my review, I would like to extend my warmest congratulations and thanks to the two ladies from Guest Experience, Lara and Rosana! Two extremely competent, professional people, always ready to help you with everything possible! Lara speaks at least 4 foreign languages, and in tandem with Rosana they form a 10-star team, which offers impeccable service. We benefited from their help, elegance and kindness and we can only declare ourselves delighted with the interaction with them! The experience with the entire staff was a 5-star one, in accordance with the hotel's classification. Although we arrived quite late, we had a frugal dinner, which is a big plus after a plane trip. The room, with a queen-size bed and balcony, offered a superb view of the sea and the region, being located on the 10th floor. The cleanliness, exemplary, daily. The breakfast and dinner, absolutely wonderful. You will find absolutely everything for all tastes. Everything is abundant and of high quality. Nothing is cut short in order to offer guests the most pleasant experience. The SPA area also lives up to expectations. There are swimming pools with warm and clean water, dry and wet saunas, changing rooms, toilets, everything you could wish for. Also, for fitness enthusiasts, a gym. You have a bathrobe (which you find in the room) and slippers for the SPA. In conclusion, I warmly and confidently recommend this location to all those who appreciate high-quality services and a staff dedicated to excellence and professionalism! We had a great time, everything was as spot on. Delicious food, very clean, wonderful staff. It's good that the hotel is a little further from the beach and bars, it's quiet. Public transport right outside the hotel for easy access to Palma.

Everything about this hotel was amazing, and all the staff were just phenomenal.

Everything is absolutely great. The location is perfect, modern, spotless, the staff is superb, the facilities are great, secure baggage storage is offered, everything is nearby, pool is great, bar is great, beach and restaurants are near, bus stops are near so it's easily accessible, breakfast and dinner food is delicious and with great offering. Hard to find anything bad about it.

Top services for a 3 stars hotel. A big plus for the breakfast, it was wonderful! Also the staff was very nice and always ready to help. The location is close to the beach, approx 3-400 m.

The hotel is newly renovated and therefore very modern and well equipped. The brunch until 13:30 is amazing, offering even soy and oat milk. Staff is always with a smile on the face and happy to help with anything. I was working from the brunch area during my stay, the WiFi is working perfectly fine for video calls. It’s easy to find free parking around the hotel and the walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes. Gym is small but well equipped with weights, cardio machines, small mats, thick elastic bands and free towels. Thank you for everything, I had an amazing stay and am looking forward to coming back!

We like this hotel and will definitely come again. Just 5 minutes from a good beach, a room was sufficient big and clean, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Friendly and professional staff, good food.

Location was great and the view

The stay was great (10/10) but the chock for us was when we checked out, the receptionist said we could stay longer for the day and enjoy the pool, etc… they just needed the room key to prepare for the next guest 🤗 we didn’t stay because we had other plans but thought it was a great policy.

We stayed in the main house and had a very nice view over the whole property. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The food what was served was good.

The hotel is near the sea, I loved the room and the balcony. The breakfast was good, the staff very friendly.
