We love staying at this hotel with the family. They have large family rooms and everyone in the staff is so sweet and friendly. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi are excellent and there’s not much people.

everything about this lighthouse is wonderful. from the infinity pool to the stunning views, it's incredible. we wished we could have stayed for weeks. truly an exceptional experience. we will be looking for more Floatel (company that owns the property) stays around the world. the breakfast was delightful and the property was clean. I didn't realize we would be allowed to go up the lighthouse. from there, you can see the surrounding banana fields and cliffs. at night, they have a light show. there is also a terrace on the roof of the main hotel building. there is a yoga deck overlooking the cliffs and ocean which connects to a path to walk the garden the lighthouse keepers used to use for food. we had an issue with check-in. they were texting my USA phone # (which was off), the usual housekeeper was sick, and I didn't read the check-in email. basically a comedy of errors; so I had to contact the owner through WhatsApp using the booking phone # and Tim was super helpful. He did a virtual check-in, opened the gate remotely, and explained everything. Having the owner take the time to do this for us was a level of service that was totally unexpected. Thanks again, Tim! the exclusivity was a cherry on top. we had to close the gate quickly after entering to keep nosy tourists from barging in on the peaceful ambience. we did see several tourists trying to figure out how to get in before we snuck in with Tim's help.

This is a new and elegant apartment, well equipped with everything one may need (except electric kettle during our stay), it's clean and comfortable, with floor heating when needed. A supermarket and a restaurant are very close, as well as big public car parking. Puntallana itself is a nice, small place, worth one afternoon of exploring; the famous Nogales beach is very close (even possible to walk down there. Location is ideal for exploring the northern part of La Palma, including the drive to Roque de los Muchachos astronomical observatory.

Apartment was close to the natural swimming pool with god weather and scenery.Romm was clean ,beautiful with amenities.Downstairs was the restaurant with good food and excellent prices.

Arrived on late ferry but no problem as an easy remote check in. Delicious breakfast - excellent coffee. We were able to leave our luggage in a safe place until our evening flight. Cocktails on the rooftop terrace were also delicious.
