The prompt communication and accommodating nature of the host was just another example of Spanish hospitality. The location was in the centro making an afternoon of relaxation after the Camino picture perfect. The space was immaculate with a laundry and very well air conditioned space. A true treat for a peregrino.

Really nice small town at the crossroads of St Ignatius and...

Really nice small town at the crossroads of St Ignatius and Compostel trails. Several nice places to eat. We used it as basé to travel for day trips to explore the region. For example, we visited a dinosaurus site and basque festivities.

I found Navarette a nice quiet village.

I found Navarette a nice quiet village. It had a nice cafe in the centre. The Hotel San Camillo was a pleasant place to stay in, views from my bedroom window of the mountains to the north were spectaculay.

It's a beautiful Village with the most precious beautiful...

It's a beautiful Village with the most precious beautiful Cathedral. The interior is amazing and an absolute must see to walk through and allowed to take photos. There are quite a few Restaurants and bars but El Figon was "crème de la crème" in our opinion. Absolutely brilliant. The location ambience inside, the food the waiting staff attention, the Chef/Owner - fabulous. DO NOT miss out on having an evening here.

Navarette is a small town/village based around wine making...

Navarette is a small town/village based around wine making and the Camino. Strong cafe culture and community spirit. Not over commercialised. Beautiful church that is a Camino points place. We come to Navarette to buy wine.

It was really lovely. The room had a very homely feel rather than the plain white rooms hostels often have. It was very traditional, tastefully decorated and felt like being in a lovely country hotel. We were in the centre of the village, by the shops and restaurants. There was a lovely bathroom too.

This hotel is well located in the heart of Navarette. The staff on duty were amazing... managing both the restaurant and the hotel - and did very well! The room was cosy and had a great view over the valley. This hotel was great value and I would highly recommend it.

You won't find a luxury hotel here, but that's not necessary. You will, however, be welcomed by a very warm and friendly hostess with a great sense of humor, and that's exactly what you need on the Camino and in life. The food was also excellent.
