Friendly staff didn't speak English but were willing to help. The bar at the place was a plus! Local prices for the drinks, unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to eat there. I am sure the food must be lovely! The room is a bit small but it was ok for us. Overall very authentic experience.

Olocau del Rey is a beautiful village, in a region (El...

Olocau del Rey is a beautiful village, in a region (El Maestrat) full of them. Bit was essential is that in these region lay some of the best motorbike riding roads of Spain. Be careful though, winter is cold there, and spots black ice may be lurking in the shadows. But yes, Olocau, Cantavieja, Mirambel are wonderful places which seem forgot by time

Great little hotel with a nice restaurant. We visited because of the mountainbiking even I was participating in and it couldn't have been better. We arrived late around 9PM and I was very worried that all restaurants in the area would be closed but the one by the hotel was open and we have a meal there.

Fair stay in the middle of nowhere... well, for motorbike riders, Olocau del Rey is at the center of a wonderful network of roads which seem specially designed for bikers. There are beautiful small villages nearby, some of them that are on the list of "Most beautiful villages of Spain"

Lovely rural hotel. The ride here and the views are magical. The hotel was great for the price. The dinner on the night was so lovely and the staff were brilliant, so helpful even had Google translate out ready to help us. Can't praise the staff enough.
