the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They even lent me a surfboard. The room was great, the breakfast was big and great value.

The experience was fantastic. So rural and quiet. Great views from the property. We did have difficulty finding it but with help of locals finally got there. Our GPS wouldn’t pick up the name you need to ensure Lurdeia is the name. Breakfast a great experience the brothers all dressed in national costume made this a real cultural experience.

The location was secluded enough to be out of town but close enough to the Camino. The restaurant Nextdoor was fantastic. The room was the right size for what I needed. The air condo was a treat after a few nights in hostels.

The service! First of all the welcome was pleasant and informative. We had some issues with the room which made the stay disappointing - but when we contacted the reception they were really helpful and made the experience much more pleasant. Many thanks to the reception representative

Fantastic place! Whay a unique experience to stay in a castle! We dont speak much spanish- I speak some.... and they taught me a bunch and were very patient. It was a beautiful place. Wonderful people, wonderful unique place, wonderful location.

Absolutely love this place. There is a large room with a wall of glass windows overlooking the water where the birds gather. Lots of trails and beaches nearby. The bus stop is 5 minute walk away.

The Host is exceptionally hospitable and helpful. The restaurant/bar he and wife have inside not only has good food but also is a main social hub for the small village. Comfortable bed and great views all around.

The property was remote, but that’s part of the charm. A small boutique hotel, beautifully appointed, with an elevator, jacuzzi and sauna. Breakfast was lovely and staff were very helpful. A unique experience in rural Basque Country.

Really clean. Quiet at night. After a big day on the camino, definetely a good place to relax. Excellent breakfast for 12 euros.
