Excellent location, right in front of a tram stop, clean, spacious rooms with a desk, chairs, mini fridge, and extremely helpful staff. There's a computer for public use and the staff offers to print things for you as well. We didn't add breakfast to our stay because we were visiting family, but what we saw looked great. There was also a supermarket literally around the corner. We stayed five days and it was perfect.

Wonderfull staff & very clean rooms

Very nice and spacious room in a good area; the beach and city center were both easily accessible. The staff was super nice, they let us leave our luggage before and after check-in-out at the hotel. The reception was always available; they answered all our questions and kept our room card safe when we went out, so we wouldn't lose it. They were always smiling and saying hello, and they spoke both good English and Spanish. They cleaned the room every day. Very recommended!

Great location. Right on the beach, free parking. We took the suite, it had great views of the beach and big terrace.

A cozy hotel with modern rooms, the sea views and the bathtub in the room were amazing. Great for a romantic getaway for two. The staff is really friendly and the breakfast was great with fresh fruit, croissants, yogurt and tostadas, served with fresh juice. Amazing!

Clean rooms, excellent restaurant both on the property and at surrounding hotels. Right on the beach – which was amazing. Close to the port for sunset catamaran tour. Safe & clean, excellent friendly staff, would definitely return!

Great location and super friendly staff! The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent (Kata was super firendly and made great omlets). Parking was easy allowing for easy in/out access in a very busy part of town. The spa was small, but the massage services were super! We would definitely stay here again- and we have stayed before at the much larger hotel nearby called Las Arenas.

Oceanfront, facilities are amazing, staff was perfect, always nice and willing to help. Great restaurants, an excellent beach, water was great even in late October. I've already made a reservation for next October ❤️❤️❤️

It’s brand new hotel so very thing is new and clean and comfortable, good design ,modern with good taste! The staffs are very warm and friendly! Lovely hotel! We had excellent experience!
