Excellent location. Hotel was spotlessly clean.

Excellent location. Hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable of the area and how to travel around the island. The buses were just down the road and come every 15 minutes enabling you to venture far and wide for under €5. We travelled to Palma and took the train and tram to Soeller and another day ventured into Magaluf but you can go over the other side to Alcudia on the bus too. The port itself was a 10 minute walk down the hill (not steep) and has a vast range of bars and restaurants which were impeccable and excellent value for money. Overall the hotel and area feels very chic and safe so definitely recommend for a short 3-4 night stay.

The marina has a great selection of bars and restaurants It is quite hilly so worth noting as taxis may be required for some (ok on the way down to the marina) Safe and great for families, couples or groups No neon signs, sports bars, plastic furniture or menus with pictures of food

Unique in that it is more a residential area with a posh port. It sits in between your more common or garden resorts and has its own charm, centered around the harbour and port and adjoining row of shops, estate agents and bar, restaurant clubs. Bring your credit card! Portals has a little town centre too, with restaurants, a supermarket and some usual resident shops.

Love the area especially the port and all its restaraunts. The public beach is excellent Beds are reasonable 20.50 euros for 2 beds and an umbrella Easy to get to Palma Can be a wait for taxis during high season and busy times of the day

The village has plenty of bars and restuarants and is quite quiet in June. Its is reasonably close to Puerto Portals Marina and a pleasant walk to Son Cal and Palma Nova as there is a path the whole way.

The marina down in Portals is beautiful and there are so many fantastic eateries to choose from. This is our second time visiting for 3 nights and we will definitely return. We stayed in the Tomir Portals Suites hotel and it's easy to walk about 10-15 mins down into the marina area. The beach is lovely too, with a nice beach bar/cafe that does food & drinks. There's a bit of work being done at the moment along the marina front, but it'll soon be finished and it'll be lovely!

This was my second stay at Tomir, the first time was in 2019. I loved it then and didn't think there was any room for improvement but turns out it has gotten even better!! Our room was amazing, bathroom was lovely. Breakfast is the best hotel buffet breakfast I've ever had - so much option and all so fresh and tasty. Staff were amazing and very friendly. The new rooftop bar is gorgeous! Everything is just great.

Based in (my opinion) the most beautiful part of Mallorca, although we came in January, the weather was good and the hotel was quiet. The staff were very helpful, we even left something in the room after we returned to the UK and reception made arrangements for it to be posted back to us (it arrived within 48 hours!)

The night manager Yosi checked us in and he was super helpful. He let us know about the facilities and places to visit in Majorca and around the hotel. He even offered us a drink. The service by the hotel staff was excellent.
