Quiet area with mature clientele Great studio room with adequate s/c Nice cafe/bar

It was quite basic but was nice that you had cooking facilities and the apartment was quite spacious.

All staff were outstanding, they were all genuinely friendly and always happy to help! The food was AMAZING. We are not easy to please when it comes to food as we're very health-conscious, but the buffets (we had breakfasts and dinners included) were always REALLY good. There were also plenty of options for vegetarians (I eat fish, but no meat). The gym had enough equipment and good opening hours to exercise. The pool was also great, heated and big enough to swim laps. We were there over New Year's and they really put a massive effort in to make it special, it was really, really good. The stay exceeded our expectations and should we ever return to Lanzarote, we would absolutely stay here again!!!!!!

Friendly staff, apartment was extremely clean and well maintained. Atmosphere was lovely, bar food catered for gluten free and great value, their breakfast was top class. Short walk to the beach for a swim every morning.

Everything is accessible and so well laid out to ensure everyone in the group has everything they need for a wonderful stay

the hotel was amazing, the staff were super helpful. deffo worth going to the preferred club option with the private pool and restaurant access. taxi from airport was 25 euro each way and less than 20mins

I booked this for my two daughters after thier original hotel they had booked didn't work out. They both said it was the nicest hotel they have stayed in. The staff went above and beyond to look after them and they were all very friendly and helpful. it was so nice that want to go again next year with us so we are hopefully going to book.

breakfast was amazing, the room was excellent and we had everything we needed, staff were exceptional. It's very rare to be somewhere where every single member of staff are polite friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is absolutely stunning all throughout the property. The staff was amazing, so friendly and made the best mojitos by the pool! Location right on the beach. Just felt so luxurious . The breakfast spread was the largest I have ever seen in all of my world travels. First girls trip here and we will be back!

Basically everything. There is not 1 thing negative I would say about this luxury boutique property. It was stunning, service was personal and the location/design aesthetic, food, drink impeccable.

It is perfectly located in Puerto Del carmen. The staff are amazing and cannot do enough to make the trip as enjoyable as possible. The spa treatment was divine. The manager Even went as far as arranging sandwiches for the airport as we had such an early return flight. Special recognition to Jonathon and Sabrina. We will definitely return frequently.

Nice place, went with a group of friends, entertainment team really enthusiastic, lots of activities to do. All inclusive drinks and food was good proper pints in glass, staff, friendly, and helpful..
