Location is fantastic as it is 5min walking distance to the Port, Cala Marcal and many restaurants. The view from our room was nothing less than amazing. Lighthouse on the rock and sunrise every morning. Wow! Staff at counter were so kind. At first glance the room was smaller than expected and appeared plain but it was clean, bed was comfortable, balcony to eat outside, unbeatable views and the shower was great! We didn't get to use the pool but it looked well maintained.

The place is has the perfect combination of old world charm and modern comfortable amenities that is topped by a super refined taste (either the owners are designers or they hired one) which I do not take for granted when staying at local hotels. The location is perfect for visiting the different calas, being super close to several of them but far enough from the noisy touristy areas. Here is the detailed summary of our experience: FACILITIES: - Let’s start with some of the least common and most appreciated features… The place has an ELEVATOR (and it’s a nice modern one, not the scary type that makes you think twice) so after a long trip you don’t have to carry your suitcases up narrow stairs. In Europe, usually either you have to choose to stay at a large character-less place or you choose character and charm with personalized attention but has to settle for climbing upstairs. Here we got the best of both worlds! - The place has a PARKING lot. Coming from the US most people may take this for granted, but parking in Mallorca tends to be a major hassle - and visiting Mallorca without a car takes half of your travel experience away. - The place is extremely well maintained (looks newly remodeled) and is sparkling clean. The rooms are furnished with HIGH QUALITY mattress, a variety of pillows and high quality linens and towels. There is actual storage enough for two people with a mix of shelving, drawers and hanger spaces. The room we stayed had a double sink in the bathroom area (in fact a separate standing sink with shelves for each guest) a separate *closed door* space for the toilet, HIGH PRESSURE modern shower fixtures and quality shower soap/shampoo/conditioner. - The rooms have beautiful sound proof french doors to the balcony - even though the only noise we heard with the doors open were the birds singing.

Very friendly, good breakfast. Good advice for day-trips. Offered - without having been asked - to let us keep our room until mid afternoon on the day we left, because there was no new booking for the room on the same day.

Buffet was so good! Plenty of good quality options. Tapas, meat/fish, pasta, sometimes sushi, and desserts. The brand new gym was awesome, throw some yoga mats in there and it would be even better. Room was nice with a decent sized balcony. Yes the shower floods, seems like an on going complaint that we were already aware of. Of course they can’t fix them all immediately so we just turned it off randomly throughout the shower so it would drain properly. Not that big of a deal. Would love to come back or check out their other properties!

It was cozy and the staff were really kind

Our stay was super pleasant, we loved our room and stay! It was our first time visiting from the states and we didnt know what to expect. We had a wonderful relaxing experience and took advantage of the complimentary pool spa/sauna. The shower and bed was our favorite, really comfortable. The staff was super helpful and kind, shoutout to Olivia and Alex. We didn't get his name, but he has red hair and a mustache, he always welcomed us to our breakfast with such great energy! It was hard not be in a great mood and enjoy our stay! I highly recommend and would come back.

It is beautifully situated overlooking the sea. As we were walking down the stairs from the taxi when we arrived we could see the incredibly gorgeous views. It was a magical ooohhhh ahhhhh moment! Simply stunning. The staff were fantastic. Their customer service support was outstanding. Every single person was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

The hotel is very modern, green and clean. Food is good with extensive variety. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Food was a lot better than some 5 star resorts in the Caribbean. The entertainment was great especially for kids.

Interior design was very professionally done - loads of nice little touches. Spa is really excellent, even though the website doesn't show much of it. Stunning views out over the bay, including a handy swimming platform to access the sea. 2 restaurant options too, with plenty of other choice nearby

The location was great as well as the amenities

Overall we had a nice stay. The local beach is lovely and close by. The food was very tasty. The pool was fun and there was a sufficient number of sunbeds.

I stayed at Palia my five year old son, and we had a wonderful time. The staff were so warm and welcoming, always checking to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We stayed in a Premium sea view room, and the view from the balcony was stunning. The water slides in the main pool were a big hit with my son, and we also enjoyed the premium pools with a panoramic sea view which were very calming. I loved that the buffet had a kids section which always carried my son’s favorite foods, and he was enthralled by the massive desserts section. For me as a vegetarian, there was always a good variety of options. The early after dinner kids shows were great, and the Thursday night fireworks display was fantastic and felt very special.

Design of the hotel and its location, friendly staff and excellent breakfast with extended hours from 7 till 11 a.m.

From the start you're greeted by the friendly staff, the hotel is in secure grounds right by the Cala, and the rooms are a nice size, with comfortable firm beds. What's special about this hotel is the restaurant... Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner were all amazing, with so many choices in the buffet. We stayed there 6 nights and each lunch and dinner service was different. There was also plenty of choice for my vegan partner. Having extensive travel through Europe and the US, this is without doubt, the best restaurant buffet service I've experienced.
