Huge bed, friendly staff, all rooms with balcony and nice view, beautiful set up for the pools.

Everything was awesome. The breakfast buffet was amazing with plenty of options, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was unbeatable. The spa is also absolutely worth it and a great place to relax.

I had a pretty nice experience in this hotel, very good price for breakfast and dinner included. I also had the best room, it was somehow isolated, on the last floor, in a corner, so no neighbors to make noise. Breakfast and especially dinnner are very good, fresh canarian food and wide range of selection. Location is good not far from beach or bus station.

Location, right across the street from the beach. The views! Food, both breakfast and dinner (half board). This is my third time staying at this location, and there is a great improvement from the last two times.

We stayed at H10 Tenerife Playa for a 3-day teambuilding trip with a group of 7 and really enjoyed it. The location is fantastic with lovely ocean views, and the food and drink selection was varied and tasty. A big thanks to Mario, one of the managers, for his friendly and professional service, and to the amazing lady at the terrace bar—she worked hard and always served us with a smile!

Room was very clean and comfortable. They had a great breakfast buffet. The front counter reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They signed us up for a day long bus tour around the island. It was a wonderful trip which I think the hotel should publicize.

Puerto Azul is perfectly located in a quiet street, near excellent restaurants and bars, sightseeing, shops and the sea. Public parking was close by so it made it easy to visit surrounding areas and even the snowcapped Teide! The hotel was kept immaculate and the staff was friendly and provided daily tips for activities which we found very nice.

I loved the location so close to the bus station and easily walkable to the centre of town! Staff very friendly and helpful! Breakfast excellent!

Room was large and very comfortable, bathroom is also big and accommodate two people without any problem.
