The hotel is run with great attention to details which makes the stay even more pleasant and comfortable. - great design - plenty of restaurants next to it - comfortable bed and cozy atmosphere - very polite cleaning personnel The manager is absolutely delightful! Helped me through a minor inconvenience that arose during the checkin process

The man and the woman at reception when we arrived at noon on January 2 were absolutely amazing. Super helpful and kind and indulged my fledgeling Spanish.

It was spotless and centrally located. The receptionist was professional and they stored our luggage for about 4 hours past our checkout.

The location is perfect: near the railway station. The bus from airport has a stop here too. The breakfast was great!

Dark not enough lights that work going up two flights of stairs Lift did not work. Too noisy

The breakfast was a huge selection of thin meats, cheeses, pastries, coffee, and egg dishes. Staff was super friendly,helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. Loved the complimentary bottles of water given every day!!

The cleanliness, the amazing staff and the place itself, it’s beautiful.

The room was good size, good extra big bed and we all sleep excellent. The cleaning staff was friendly and it's perfect area to get around. Perfect for familys as well as it's alot of parks and close to get to city if you like but you have alot to do just outside the door as well. Specially like that on 1 floor you had a children area and a big place to eat and enjoy with friends and family . (For raining day it was excellent)

The hotel is very well located with direct access to the beach and pedestrian/bike path between palms. Very beautiful area not so packed as others. The price/quality relation is good comparing with overall high prices going on in Spain right now. Rooms are equipped with a small fridge for your drinks, breakfast and cold snacks/sandwiches. We would repeat. There are also good variety of restaurants for food with good prices.
