Everything. The location is magical. The staff is amazing.

They make you pay for the room upfront upon arrival even before they show you the room. They will not adjust the price of the room to the price that changed ( on booking.com) for the same room and the same day. When asked to director of hotel, she had a 100 excuses as to why she would not adjust the price down 30 euros.

The front desk hostess was fabulous. Very accommodating and very helpful. I was traveling via velo and she made me feel like I was family.

Almost everything was perfect. The staff and owners were so helpful and going the extra mile for everything. The room and the property in general were spotlessly clean. The view overlooking vineyards and forests, the lovely walkable town next door, birds chirping in the morning... A serene haven in an unexpected corner of Emporda.

Nice place clean . Staff friendly. Good place to stay for a night in a long journey. We will come again.

Clean comfortable room. Staff were very helpful, giving good advice regarding local eateries and our dog was allowed in the breakfast room. Will certainly stay here again.

The staff (Franz and a lady in the morning) are very polite, friendly and helpful. The property is very beautiful. The room is very nice and clean, we love it much. We love that they prepare slippers since the floor is cold. It is very suitable for couple since the place is very quite. The breakfast is also nice, it would be nicer if the waitress can speak english :) Thanks!

The hotel is very clean, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. There is excellent secured and free parking, which was very convenient. Breakfast was decent. The location is perfect, both as a stopover when traveling from Barcelona towards France and for shopping in the nearby mall. Would definitely recommend for travelers passing through or looking for a short stay.

Theres nothing good about this hotel. Rooms, staff, bed, bathroom..everythings terrible.
