Location and the large windows we could open. Comfortable and clean.

Pablo ( I hope that I got his name right. It was a long day today on the Camino Inglès,) quickly and efficiently got me checked in and squared away. Great first impression. My room also had an extra glass enclosed solarium-sunroom. In the evening it was nice to stand out there and here the rain. I also loved the shutters that block unnecessary outside light when you want to relax. For me, the property had a charm that I seek out while traveling. I also enjoyed the tub=shower combination. Two separate wall mounts for the shower was a nice feature that I haven't had before. Speaking of showers, the water achieves a comfortable temperature very quickly. For the location, I really liked the corner coffee house/pub. I visited twice and the staff there were especially nice, and the espresso was perfect, so stop in and check it out.

Very elegant 1923 home beautifully converted to a boutique hotel.  the views from our upstairs rooms over the countryside were lovely. The meals were scrumptious, The staff were gracious and accommodating.

We had a very spacious room that overlooked the water, it was quite lovely! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were glad to be able to eat a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant to save our legs after a day on the Camino.
