We managed to book this beautiful place last minute and we were not disappointed, from the communication with Maria, which was very helpful, she sent us a video of the apartment and how to get in and everything we needed to enjoy us stay. The sofa bed was comfortable and the bedroom was a good size, the shower was amazing, close to shops and places to eat. We loved it so much we stayed for an extra day. Would definitely book again 💕 We were left ear plugs but heard no noise in the morning, only the sounds of a city waking up. Amazing place, amazing service.

Staff were excellent, polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was delicious (we only had it one morning). Plenty of choice, fresh and tasty. Location is super, directly across from the beach. Rooms were super clean and well equipped. Loved our balcony overlooking the beach.

We had a great 2 nights in Santurce.

We had a great 2 nights in Santurce. It is a nice place to visit with plenty of nice bars etc to eat out, we would recommend LACAPI in the square, great food and really friendly staff. Also great coffee shops nearby. We took the Gondola across the river and walked 4 kms along the promenade, to Getxo, and then to Puerto Viejo and enjoyed lunch in Arrantzale in Algorta. Full of locals and great food, a lovely way to spend an afternoon.

Small town within reach easily of the ferry about 11 minutes to ferry from hotel. Friendly helpful people rooms very clean and warm. This part of Spain is very Green lots of trees reminds me of Wales and also buildings are French oriented some like in ski resorts very lovely countryside.

We only stayed for the night as we were on a road trip, but it was a pleasant discovery. Nice town, great food. We enjoyed the architecture and the nice atmosphere in the city center. Very lively in the streets, coffee places and restaurants, even if it was in the middle of the winter.

I was not a fan of the location where the hotel was.

I was not a fan of the location where the hotel was. It was not Santurce and not really anywhere definate. Nice looking hotel but needs some work on it. Loos as if it might be struggling to keep going. Because of the noise problem after a lot of asking- they eventually gave us a different room on a different floor. The lady at the desk was lovely but she said she was not able to contact the manager at the weekend and she had no one to turn to with our complaint of no sleep. She changed our rooms but we had to stay out of the hotel until after 3pm when the new room would be ready. She removed the car parking charge when we left as a nice gesture. parking was free on the roads on Sundays anyway but it was a nice gesture. A better room and a good nicghts sleep on the first night would have been preferable. Had a wonder 28 days travelling in home stays and variety of hotels and villas around France and Spain. This was the most disappointing. Will not return.

Great value little hotel just 2 mins walk from Santsurtzi metro station. Ideal for taking the ferry the next morning. Its around 5 - 10 mins taxi drive to get there. Javier the host was very responsive providing clear instructions on how to get in. Towels and shower lotion were provided and the room was cosy and clean. A great nights stay, would definitely recommend.

The building is majestic, one the impressive venues in Santurce and Portugalete. The view on the bay from the room is awesome. The staff is nice at the reception, however the staff at the bar could not speak English. The location is 15 minute walk from Santurce metro station, 20 minute journey to Bilbao (Moyua squate).

The hotel is a bit tired and dated. But it is good for people heading for the ferry which is about 10 minutes away by car. It has a good secure car park. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a nice bar next door and a supermarket around the corner.
