The accommodation was located in the city centre, a short walk from the main sights. Very friendly staff. We were given a room of a higher category than we had booked. Thank you. Nice terrace overlooking the city, spacious bathroom with a big shower, comfortable bed with a big blanket for 2 people, full minibar. We extended our stay. We would be happy to return. Breakfast was typical European with a wide selection of quality and fresh Spanish ingredients. The reception advised us on rentcar and tips for tours.

FAQs about hotels in Seville

Hot by Day, Hotter by Night

Seville is a city that lends itself perfectly to just wandering around and soaking up the atmosphere. And there is plenty of atmosphere to be soaked up.

People watching is very much a pastime here, and all over Seville restaurants teem with well-heeled locals enjoying a laidback coffee or cerveza under the shade of a citrus tree.

The city also has its fair share of must-see sights. Top of the list is Plaza de España whose monumental, semi-circular building is elaborately decorated with Andalusian tiles. Also typically Andalusian is the Seville Bull Ring, though what goes on inside may not be to everyone’s taste. The resting place of Christopher Columbus, UNESCO World Heritage-listed Seville Cathedral is an awe-inspiring structure whose vast vaults provide welcome relief from the heat of the day.

But it’s after dark that things really start to heat up. Streets pulse to the rhythm of flamenco, and with more bars per inhabitant than anywhere else in Europe, there’s no shortage of choice for nightlife.

Just on the outskirts of the city is Seville Airport. Public transport from here provides easy access to the array of Seville hotels, guest houses and apartments that Booking.com has to offer.

Seville is an amazing city.

Seville is an amazing city. Most of the places we visited were walkable from our hotel. It has an amazing history and we loved finding out about it. The Cathedral is stunning as is the Alcazar and the Jewish quarter is definitely worth a visit. The food is sensational with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants everywhere. It was extremely hot when we visited so plan your visit carefully as the heat can be extreme.

Best place I’ve been, I absolutely loved it.

Best place I’ve been, I absolutely loved it. So many attractions, so much history, and the weather when u went in early July was gorgeous, just make sure you get a hotel with a pool. Very easy to get around as there were lots of buses and they came in decent timings, Ubers were also quite cheap, and bolt too, but they took ages to arrive(usually over 10 minutes).

Lovely city, it felt safe and welcoming.

Lovely city, it felt safe and welcoming. Not too huge, so it was easy to enjoy it and not feel overwhelmed. Plenty of things to do, and we didn't find it overly expensive. We loved the old quarter behind the cathedral, and the cathedral and many other areas around here were beautifully lit up at night. We also enjoyed the views from Las Setas and seeing this lit at night. An hour long boat trip was a pleasant experience, although it didn't particular show us anything that hadn't already seen from land.

Seville: My Completely Unqualified Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Seville: My Completely Unqualified Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Seville is that friend who says, "Let's just have one drink," and suddenly it's midnight, you're sitting in a plaza with strangers, church bells are ringing, someone has broken into flamenco, and you've eaten three things you can't pronounce. Ten out of ten. I'd happily get lost here again. Favorite spots Honestly, getting lost. Seville rewards bad navigation. Every wrong turn led to a gorgeous plaza, an orange tree, a centuries-old church, or a little café practically saying, *"Sit down... you've earned a vermouth."* The Alcázar is stunning, Plaza de España is worth the hype, but the magic is in wandering. Where did I eat Every 300 feet. Spain has turned eating into an Olympic event. As a vegan, I became fluent in asking, *"¿Sin jamón?"* Apparently, in Spain, ham is considered a basic food group. Fortunately, there were plenty of delicious surprises, and gelato became my travel companion. Strictly for hydration, of course. Getting around Ridiculously easy. I walked so much my shoes filed a formal complaint. The city is made for wandering—just don't wander between 2:00 and 6:00 p.m. unless you're curious what it feels like to be slowly roasted. The Andalusian sun doesn't mess around. What would I avoid next time Having a schedule. Seville laughs at itineraries. I'd also stop checking Google Maps. The best discoveries happened when I ignored my phone and followed music, laughter, or the smell of something delicious. Final verdict Come for the history. Stay because you accidentally ordered another drink, dinner doesn't start until everyone else is thinking about breakfast, and somehow the city convinces you that this is exactly how life should be lived.

I love Seville.

I love Seville. I went for a very short trip (two days), seeking my happy place at a time when I needed to not be at home. It was my fourth trip, I'm planning my fifth. It's a beautiful, relaxed city. Very friendly people. It feels homey - but warmer and dryer because I live in London.

This is a charming little bolt hole, in easy walking distance of all the main sights in Seville's old town. (There are many...). Don't expect modern, corporate, executive hotel facilities (who needs them when you're enjoying a break in one of Europe's most historic cities) but be comforted by friendly staff, quirky rooms, in the house previously occupied by a famous maestro of the Spanish guitar. We loved it!
