Room was large and very clean. Quiet as facing small backside street. Staff was nice and very helpful

Huge buffet breakfast even on Christmas day when we were there. They set out the buffet extra early so even those who have the first flight out in the morning have time to enjoy some breakfast. The lady who kept the buffet stocked with hot & cold items was constantly cleaning & insuring everything was full, clean & working. Staff was kind, always greeted with a smile & words & helpful. We would stay here again!! Great for early morning flight. Never saw such a nice arrangement for this price near airport.

The view from outside the hotel was great. Overlooking all of Bilbao. Pretty straightforward check-in, clean and tidy room.

I liked the location in the middle of city center. It is clean, friendly staff. Close to many monuments.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. I saw from the pictures that it was nice, but when we saw the room we remained speechless! It even had a tiny balcony with a small table and some flowers. The staff was super friendly and available. We will definitely go back.

Excellent location for exploring the city. A special commendation to all staff especially at reception and the bar lounge area. All were friendly, cheerful and helpful.

Very modern design and super comfortable beds. Their private parking on level -4 is a big bonus, but it costs €15 per night.

Very good location, just 10 min walk to the Old town and Guggenheim museum is just across the bridge. Friendly and helpful staff. Room has electric kettle, coffee maker, fridge and everything needed for a longer stay. Very comfy bed. If I ever return to Bilbao I will probably choose this hotel again.

The location is great, the staff are great , the continental breakfast is great, the cleaning staff are great and their attention to your room by preparing it and night with chocolates etc is so welcome.
