The hotel was beautiful the breakfast was delicious and all the stuff was very helpful and very polite! We were traveling with our baby and they made sure we had a crib for him set up! We were able to check in earlier than the normal which was an amazing experience being that we just disembarked our cruise and had a million bags with us! Definitely coming back to this hotel!

Beautiful property, even better than many hotels I’ve stayed in. The design is tasteful with great attention to detail, creating a cozy atmosphere with high-quality finishes. Everything was spotless. Excellent location in a pedestrian area with many restaurants and shops nearby. Paid parking is available about a 5-minute walk away. Automatic check-in. Overall, a great experience.

The staff at the hotel were so pleasant and very helpful. The servers at the dining area were just so kind and always smiling. Miss Sara Muñoz at the reception desk was exceptional in her service, attitude, along with such a very warm personality. There was one night when the reception area was filled with guests. At least 20 were present, and she was alone at the desk. She handled every single person with such a professional demeanor and smile. Although there were a few who became impatient, she always carried on with her smile and charm. These are the very many workers who are at the very heart and soul of the hotel. The workers who make us feel special. Who provide and give us exceptional service beyond the scope of their job performance and duties. I would like for Miss Muñoz and the other hard-working employees to be recognized and awarded some entitlement and recognition for the exceptional service that they provided. A hearty thank you to all of you, dear workers, for you made our stay at the Holiday Inn delightfully pleasant. Because, without their presence, exceptional service, and hard work, there would be no Holiday Inn.

Everything! My wife and I spent a few nights in the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Sabadell and it was extremely great. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, expecially Jennifer. Whenever we left and came back we were greeted with warm smiles and a wave from whoever was at the front desk. That made us feel so welcomed, especially how we don't speak the same language and was from another part of the world. The staff was also helpful with assisting us with finding our way around. The room was extremely clean. The hotel is brand new and has a very morden decor. There is a breakfast buffet served in the morning that was extremely good and very convenient. The staff that deals with this area did an amazing job in keeping it accomadeted and clean. Everytime we looked out of our room's window or while we were having berekfast, it was sooo beautiful. We were greated with the ruins of the abandoned Sant Pau de Rui-sec. This "gem" is a forgotten beauty that could be seen from everywhere on that side of the hotel. This includes the rooms, the dinning room or anywhere around the poolside and lounge deck. The location was awesome. While it is not the main "tourist theme park" attraction area of Barcelona, the city of Sabadell has it's own attractions. There are a few shopping and eatery places within short walking distances (10 minutes or less) which includes: McDonald's, MOE Sushi, the IKEA Restaurant, Burger King and the Viena Restaurant. A short cab ride of about 10-15 minutes can take you to the train station, the park or to the downtown areas where you can browse, shop or find a place to eat. The price of this hotel was more than worth the cost and we would definitely recommend it to anyone. The Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Sabadell is an excellent property.
