The property is located in a very small village (but with some facilities around). To park is very easy and the reception desk is very agile to solve the issues. We decided to not include the breakfast (unfair price), but the area works also as bar, so you can get a drink or so until late hour. The appartments have access for a basic Spa in the same building, so it is so nice. The bathroom had a kind of hot tub, very nice to enjoy your journey in the appartment. So if you go in family mode, this place is nice!

I didn't knew the place... and i wonder why! Through the nature and the forest, with waterfalls, paths, park and rivers. You can walk or you can take your bicycle or your car if you want to go a little but farther. Excellent choice. We didn't had the opportunity to taste something from your local food, because we travel a lot. We walk into the paths and the forest. The village is really awesome.

On a trip from Santander to Bilbao, it became a very good night in a fantastic new apartment for the family, fully equiped, private baths, bath tube with hidromessaging. So easy to find comming for the first time and the price was fit for the quality.

Great countryside environment, great views, friendly people. Good food, close to the highway, well connected to a lot of major cities Santander, Bilbao, San Sebastián, Oviedo, Gijón, Logroño. Cheap eats, well assorted supermarkets.

Good location, especially for very short journey to Santander to catch the ferry. Phoned the hotel to let them know that a delay in our journey would mean a late arrival. No problem, they dealt with check-in quickly and efficiently, and then showed us to a large and clean room. Breakfast (as an extra) was good, cooked to order, with coffee, teas, juice, cereals, breads, croissants, fruits and other fresh items available. Spa facilities and garden area looked inviting but we had to leave to catch the ferry. Staff helpful and friendly.

Hoznayo was a brief stop on a journey to Portugal. Parking outside was easy, no issue that we arrived just past midnight. Check in easy, comfy bed and adequate shower. Would happily stay again

Everything.Very quiet even though hotel restaurant etc was very busy as Christmas holiday, we could not hear it upstairs .We had a dog so didn't use the restaurant etc.
