Staying in the hotel was a great experience . All the staff were very kind , friendly and helpful people.It is difficult to mention all of them but special thanks to Mebtu ,Mercen & Dory who work in the reception & welcomed us every day with big smiles and tried their best to make our stay the great experience it was. We have eaten many evenings in the hotel's restaurant and it was always a nice meal being served upon by Bety ,Musrshu and Edil among the others There is a ice small souvenir shop in the hotel where All the staff of this hotel should be cherished by their management as their dediction and kindness makes them a big asset to the future of this hotel.If we will ever come back to Addis Ababa we will certainly without hesitation stay again in this place as we felt there at home & among friends.

Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, decent location

Overall, Break fast was good with limited option. and location was also near to Sweden embassy where i had my appointment

Very safe and accommodating, the owner and all staff really take care of you to ensure you have everything you need, cleaning staff are excellent, and your belongings are safe.

Amazing place friendly staff, clean and tidy was great to be there.

Breakfast was good. Some days coffee was not available and we had to ask for towels.
