Our time in Finland was made genuinely special thanks to the wonderful team at Kiljava Resort. From the moment we arrived, everyone we met was warm, patient, and incredibly kind. Even though the resort was quite busy during our stay, the staff never made us feel rushed. They always took the time to help and made sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness felt sincere and shaped our experience. A heartfelt thank you to Heidi and Minttu in particular. Your positive energy, patience, and lovely personalities made us feel completely at home. We will always remember how thoughtful and welcoming you both were. The lake surrounding the resort is beautiful, but it was the people at Kiljava Resort who made this trip truly unforgettable for us.

The property is beautifully located in the middle of nature. Every morning we saw wildlife from the bedroom window—deer, foxes, and even a bunny—and enjoyed the peaceful sound of birds. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, and communication with the host was quick and easy. Our only regret is not having time to use the sauna—hopefully next time!
