Kis méretű, de jó az elrendezése. Modern a berendezés.Nagyon jól felszerelt. Sok konyhai eszköz van, kávé, tea, édesség, mosógép és szárítógép a fürdőszobában, tusfürdő és sampon, hajszárító. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes. Kóddal lehet bejutni a lakásba, így nem kell a kulcsra vigyázni.
