Breakfast is amazing, not to be missed. Staff was extra kind, had our room ready well in advance of checking time which was much appreciated after arriving on the overnight train.

The room was very clean, comfortable, big, and organized. The staff explained step by step how to do the check in and they keep the luggage there if necessary.

the beds were lovely and the sauna was great. We loved being in the mid of it all. I liked the small kitchen, it had everything you needed. The cabin was so homely and cute. We loved the xmas trees on the terrace.

The resort have list of things you can do here ( additional fee, of course ) We stayed only 2 nights so we just stay here and enjoying the resort, relaxing.

We liked the staff: he was professional, polite, and proactive. He called us to double-check at what time we were arriving and to make sure we knew how to check in. We liked the room: it was huge, comfy, and had a sauna. The location is very relaxing in the woods, but at the same time it's a walking distance from Santa's office and reindeer.

We felt isolated even though we were quite close to the city, surrounded by beautiful nature. The facilities were very modern and beautiful.

It was amazing! Food was exceptional and the property is just gorgeous. It has a reindeer pin where you can meet greet reindeers. You can also use the snowshoe included in each igloo to watch around the winter forest behind the igloos. Not mentioning that each igloo has jacuzzi and sauna, which is so convenient. Staff were all very friendly.

They have free transport to and from the city, airport and Santa village which is very convenient . They have free Finnish style sauna and the best of all is the staff who we met there like daphne , daniel ,alma and her husband etc was very accommodating and friendly. They make sure everything is ok and we are comfortable .

Amazing place with great glass huts where you can enjoy the view of the sky in bed. We stayed in the one near the lake and had a great view of the northern lights. The staff is super friendly and helpful. One of the best places to stay while in Lapland, we will for sure be back

The hotel boasts an excellent location, complemented by a delightful breakfast and an outstanding restaurant. Additionally, the room features a well-functioning sauna, adding to the overall appeal of the stay.

The staff was nice. The rooms were clean cozy and warm. The sauna was a perk and the closet to hold luggage was a lifesaver. The breakfast could've shown a bit more variety and the sauna shower could've been cleaned but other than that it was perfect.

The location was convenient to the train station for the Santa Claus Express. It was also very convenient for local dining, travel to Santa Claus Village and the Arkitkum. We also booked a day trip to Rauna Zoo. The space was lovely and comfortable and the sauna was a much needed break. Having an ample breakfast each morning was a great way to start the day. The staff was also very accommodating with baggage storage at beginning and end and making sure we had all we needed.

Everything is full of delightfulness, elegance and comfort. Personally, I love the tasteful decoration and the ambiance of relaxing holiday feelings once I walked in. The facilities with room/sauna/lounge and restaurants are just fabulous. Highly recommend it to all my friends.

Our first time in Finland and it was just wonderful! I’d say perfect accommodations, our beds were so comfortable, the staff was exceptional, food was delicious. Nothing but good things to say! Loved everything!

Great location. Bus stop is in front of the hotel. Hotel is located neer the center of Rovaniemi by the river. Nice park for kida neer by. Room is nice and clean. Food is great. Nice sauna and pool. Free parking

Super friendly staff, luxurious rooms with amazing views

First of all, I never go and do comments on places like this but I had to do for this one. We had the greatest experience here, comfy rooms, actually AMAZING food (kudos to the kitchen staff here), and great team. Specifically would like to thank Nina for arranging our birthday celebration. She handled everything super well. Our room had a great view, and if you are lucky and in a good weather, you can see the northern lights from your bed! There aren’t many activities inside the hotel besides the sauna but to be honest we felt super comfy and once again, food was so good. We saw northern lights but we will definitely come back to this hotel just for a peaceful trip and food next year. Silent, peaceful, clean and new. Thanks for everything.
