Very quaint lobby; comfortable room; sauna on property; good restaurant; generous breakfast. The restaurant manager Maarit, who was filling in for the general manager, was amazing! She gave us great advice for our trip, helped us rent a car, and was generally very friendly and helpful.

The Lapland Hotel Ylläskaltio provides functional accommodations with ski routes and sledding tracks starting right outside the door. A ski shuttle is available from the front of the hotel.

The gentlemen at the front desk were so nice helpful as we navigated the next part of our travels. They were also full of information about the area and transportation. Thanks to Jesse and Osmo!
