We were picked up at the airport on time by Tommy, super friendly, he helped us with our rental gear. He also gave us a tip as to where to go for a nice walk. We liked our room, very modern,clean and comfortable. Front desk help (Sonja?) was great. The waiter at dinner was fabulous (as was our meal) and the morning waitress at breakfast was very helpful and friendly. Hotel is across the street from a supermarket should you need anything (including clothing). Overall a great value.

Isolation and rustic feel. Being that far away from towns and other tourists was amazing.

Breakfast and dinner were included in our plan during our stay. Both were very good and dinner can be classified as "fine dining". The best thing for the room was that there were no lights around when we were looking out from the windows and thus could see the Northern Lights even in the room. Toiletries in the rooms were just brilliant. Staff were so helpful. Loved the classic type Finnish sauna.

This was the ultimate authentic Finnish experience where we were treated more like family than guests. The cottage is absolutely beautiful in a stunning location. We had our privacy, but our hosts were so friendly and accommodating to our every wish. The sauna is a must!
