Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Roomy accommodation which was comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent- lots of variety . If you need a place in Arras, this hotel is perfect.

Microwave and available in the rooms. Good location only 6 minutes drive from Arras city center. Thankfully I only stayed just two nights.

When the front desk wasn’t being staffed, the property had an automated check in system. When my credit card failed to work, there was excellent assistance via phone. The room was comfortable and a good start of the day with a good continental breakfast. While it was a bit out of the major tourist area, there was good parking, local shops and a bus stop not more than 500 m away. Best of all, the staff were amazing! I like the B & B Hotel chain very much. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable.

Usual campanile. Good location for travel, adequate room, excellent breakfast.
