A lovely clean resort with a lot going on.

A lovely clean resort with a lot going on. The fact you could cycle everywhere and not have to use the car was a bonus. The seafront walk both ways was wonderful. The beaches are magnificent. Plenty of cafes and restaurants and a few very nice shops. A good sized supermarket in the town. Plenty of water based sport as well as the bike hire and also riding lessons. Would certainly visit again.

Safe, quiet, with some good shops and restaurants. l'Equinox does a v.good moules frites meal. The weather in early June is uncertain (Ref D-Day!) and a strong westerly wind comes off the sea. Once the sun shines it is wonderful.

Agon Coutainville is a wonderful area for walking along the...

Agon Coutainville is a wonderful area for walking along the sea front between the two towns. There are plentiful restaurants to choose from; and much seafood to be found. Water sports are a big attraction; but it is a perfect venue for family beach holidays.

Great location / view of the beach. Clean & tidy. Compact, could do with smaller table + two easy chairs. Steps to entry door, worth noting if poor mobility. NO private parking despite ad, it has been closed off by gates.

Cozy private little hotel close to the beach, bringing a dog was no problem at all and the room on the ground floor with a little patio and direct access from the street was all we needed for an overnight by the sea. A great plus is that bringing your dog to the beach right by the town is no problem at all, no need to drive for miles to get to a designated dog beach.

The style of the hotel is very good and the suite we had for us (2 grandparents and 2 teenage grand children) allowed for us all to have privacy but also to spend time together in the lounge area of the suite.
