Clean, comfortable, good breakfast and affordable

This hotel is ideal! It is centrally located, quiet , efficient management staff and cleaning crew. However, breakfast should have more in its menu, like eggs, bacon, salami , etc.

The stuff is friendly, the room is clean.

The receptionist were super lovely and helpful, especially the female one with the blonde hair. Unfortunately I don't her name, but she is doing an amazing job! We spent only one night, in the 1 bedroom apartment, it was clean, specious and had everything we needed for this stay.

Friendly staff, right off the main street, the hotel is located in the chapel of a former convent so the interior walls have a beautiful stained glass window.

This is a charming hotel that is pretty convenient to everything, at least for me. The architecture is historic looking, yet the room and bathroom were very modern and comfortable. It was cold, but the heat was great. I had a single room, and it was small, but I was not bothered at all. After all, I wasn't spending my time in Aix in my hotel room. I did not have breakfast there, although now I wish I had because the lounge where it was, was very charming also. The staff were excellent, very helpful, always smiling. It was also an easy walk to the train station, and really everything I wanted to see. Great restaurants nearby, within a 5-10 minute walk, not far from the tourist center which I liked because, yes, I'm a tourist, and good shops within walking distance, too. Wifi was good, I was able to watch some videos. highly recommend this hotel and if I ever go back to Aix again, I would definitely stay there!

Loved the large room. The staff was friendly and professional. The garden view from my room was special and the living spaces available to guests were unique. The location was ideal.
