The location is amazing, right in the center of town and the apartment has a wonderful view shown in the photos attached. The hosts partner welcomed us when we arrived, he was so friendly and even called a restaurant in town to see if they could accommodate us on short notice. It’s a really large space and quiet in the apartment.

Old world charm, quiet, comfortable, very clean, located in a pleasant little country village. Staff helpful and kind, excellent maid service, cozy breakfast room with nice selection of local foods, comfy sitting areas indoors and out. I would like to particularly mention Madelin, who was kindness itself throughout our entire stay; and Isabel, who went out of her way to make extra sure we could get in and find our rooms when we had to arrive very late our first night.

We have stayed here several times and it is a great overnight stop in an historic, romantic hotel in an excellent location in the centre of one of France's most beautiful villages. We like the laidback atmosphere and the excellent dinners which are good value. Car parking on site is secure and essential for this location. A walk around the village is a must and is so picturesque.

Angles-sur-l'Anglin is one of France's "most beautiful...

Angles-sur-l'Anglin is one of France's "most beautiful villages" and with good reason! There are lots of local artisans, artists, antique dealers and good places to eat as well! Highly recommend the Salon de thé No. 15 for a delicious meal or a coffee and homemade dessert!
