Loved being at the Hotel de la Halle in the centre of the old village with the church bells ringing and the local restaurants and cobble stone streets. Patrice and Jennifer are amazing hosts and Patrice makes the most delicious croissants for breakfast! We had a lovely stay here in Nolay on our 30th anniversary cycling trip in Burgundy. Sylvia, the owner, is welcoming and kind; she prepares excellent breakfasts, with cheeses, a variety of breads, and homemade confitures from her own fruit trees; offers suggestions about things to do and see, along with little treats at the end of the day. She offers dinner twice a week, which is a wonderful opportunity to sit and talk with her and other guests.

And the view, grounds, garden, pool that you return to are a wonderful place to enjoy a bottle that you pick up along the way. Philippe and Valerie are amazing hosts, providing breakfast each day. On top of that, Philippe is a Chef and will provide you an amazing French meal upon your request. Valerie and Philippe also provided us the most amazing Charcuterie for us to enjoy out in they garden overlooking the pool and views on Sunday evening before we left to our next destination. They are both amazing hosts. You will not be disappointed.
