This is a beautiful, unique, and historic chateau in one of the most lovely valleys in France. The room was exceptional, with gorgeous views across the valley. Breakfast was offered in a stately wood-paneled dining room with a fire crackling in the fireplace. Caroline and Virgile, the young couple who have restored the chateau, were welcoming and always helpful. Highly recommended.

Laurent welcomed us like friends and we felt immediately comfortable in his nice typical house. Laurent is warmfull and likes to describe the things to do/visit in the area, and also share all his travel experience around the world. We had a nice diner together home cooked. Breakfast was great, especially for us as bikers taking the whole Massif Central Tour! Also Laurent has a garage full of tools and he nicely shares if your bike needs some repair. Thanks Laurent for your welcome and we'll be bike! ;-)
