On arrival we were very impressed and admired the lovely flower boxes on the main building and on the grounds! However, check-in hours were NOT as advertised. We arrived on our bicycles at 16:20 hours, when check-in had been advertised from 14:00 hrs to 23:00 hrs. The auberge was completely locked up, with no note of explanation. On calling the owner, Natalie advised she would arrive in 2 hours and then arrived 2 1/2 hours later with no apology!!

Sophie is a wonder host, who made us feel very welcome in her beautiful home, breakfast was very special indeed, nothing was no trouble, Sophie made all the cakes, which are delicious, comfortable bed, good size bedroom, shower room, in a good location, a few shops in the village, the kebab shop which have a wonderful selection of food, plus a mobile pizza van in walk distance from Villa Henri.

Everything! Bungalow and garden to myself with cherry tree and raspberry canes - what isn't there to like. Such good value for money compared to some of my stays on the same trip. Would definitely stop here again!
