The location, the spa facilities, the staff very help, as l have limited French, special thanks to Tiffanne, she is a very hard working in the restaurant across from the hotel, as well in the breakfast room, her English is very impressive. The restaurant had excellent food as well as the service. Our room over looked the forest/ vineyards which was very comfortable, clean and spacious for our stay.

We loved the surroundings; the homemade breakfast; the heat in the room was just perfect; the staff; comfortable beds and pillows; view from the room.

Beautiful building in keeping with the traditional style of the region but with superb modern bathroom fittings. The breakfast room also had a lovely traditional atmosphere Staff very friendly and helpful

We loved the breakfast. We are Americans though and we are used to a little more hearty meat at breakfast but there was still a really great selection. The breads and butter were amazing. We are still dreaming of the brioche and jams. The juice was delicious. I appreciated the hard boiled eggs and that there was enough food offered to feel that you could eat all that you wanted with plenty to share for the other hotel guests. It was all very beautifully and festively displayed as well. The man at the front desk was so welcoming and thoughtful. I wanted to film some of the hotel for my mother, who has always dreamed of coming to France. He made sure all the twinkle lights were on for the video and pictures. The cleaning staff were so thoughtful and kind. I genuinely believe this hotel staff should be the representatives of France. They were so welcoming and kind!

La Bonnetiere is a unique, lovely place to stay; suite was very comfortable and the mini-kitchen well equipped. Host/ owner friendly and helpful—gave us a ride to the train station.

Restful, beautiful setting was very welcome on our long hiking journey through Alsace. The staff was most enjoyable, helpful, and welcoming right from the start and through to check out

It was a pleasant surprise, this one of a kind hotel, with great rooms, food, beautiful Manoir, amazing, we really enjoyed our stay there and we will definitely come back!

The staff was very friendly, and the restaurants charming with cute decorations of teddy bears, and decent food. The simple continental buffet style breakfast had something for everyone. We were able to securely park our motorcycle at the gated lot across the street.

Lovely hotel and restaurant! Very good food, well prepared and served; good-sized portions. We ate dinner and breakfast there. Our overnight stay was comfortable.

Good quiet location on main town square across the street from intercity bus station, tourist office & grocery store. Many nearby shops and eating places. Has free WiFi. Good wine and beer selection in restaurant.
