We enjoyed our stay. Great location by a small and picturesque lake. A friendly welcome and departure! The barn restoration is beautiful and our loft suite was very nice, comfortable. Dinner was 3 course sna and very good, good value, and much appreciated cycle touring, especially having a good bottle of wine available.

The breakfast was lovely. Good food and nice conversation with other travelers! Many of the fellow travelers were walkers on the spiritual trails. Owners are very charming ,helpful and interesting people! The old barn conversion to the lodge was well done. The history of the building was very interesting. Cheese making business is no longer .The village is a small quiet country spot so Prepare to find a dinner meal before you arrive.

Our wonderful stay with Honorine began with her warm welcome - she was waiting for us at the entrance, and we immediately felt at home. It really makes a difference that she is such a warm and genuine person. Within minutes, we were already laughing and listening to her stories about local life. The house is decorated with incredible taste, and the bedroom has a very comfortable bed where you can get a great night’s sleep. The house is full of charming details and little touches that create a unique atmosphere. What impressed us the most was the breakfast — we did not expect such a level of hospitality. The variety of jams, local products and the beautifully presented table, prepared with so much care, truly won us over. Highly recommended.

Great place! The owner is a very friendly helpful guy who speaks fluent English. The place is difficult to find and Google maps was not much help. It's an interesting location on the edge of the suburbs but the hotel itself is on a beautiful estate of woods and grazing lands.
