We use this hotel a lot as a first stop after the tunnel. It is continuously improving. Great friendly staff, we were given an upper floor room with no lift in the annex block. I have rheumatoid arthritis and stairs and suitcases are a real problem. They quickly sorted this with a change to a downstairs room. I must point out the main hotel has a lift the extension does not. The brasserie was fantastic yet again. The evening meal being a reason to stay here.

Breakfast was perfect. Our hostess asked what we wanted, and what time, and accommodated our desires perfectly. She gave us advice on how to visit Giverny, gave us extra water, coffee, anything we needed. She was delightful and friendly and wonderful!
