I like this hotel, it is very clean and has a bigger room. Very good place to stay for the business trip. In douai, it is the best.

Our stay was only an overnight and we had stayed in the Ibis at Metz so chose another Ibis. The receptionist was very helpful and it had a good bar area which was very comfortable. The cleaning staff were very friendly. The room and facilities were good. The room and access was very good and also the fact that the car park was secure.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, from allowing our group to check-in separately as we arrived from the train to making us eggs upon requests as we arrived for breakfast. Very helpful and accommodating throughout our weekend stay.

Absolutely nothing to like - we were told within 20mins of our arrival that the air conditioning had broken. We had a family room and it was dirty, extremely hot and felt like a prison.
