Booking.com booked us a room at this hotel, and when we arrived at midnight, it was closed. The owner came from his home to talk with us, and did not understand why a room was booked, when they had no space available. Mistakes happen. Here is the best part. The owner told us to follow him, and he put us up in a spare bedroom at his home. When we arrived there was a party in the back yard, so we drank wine, ate cheese, danced and laughed into the night. I never asked booking.com for a refund. One of the best nights we had in France. The hotel seemed nice enough from the outside, but as this is a hospitality business, and we were treated so well, I cannot imagine staying at this hotel could ever be a mistake. So book, enjoy, and drink wine.

We booked it last minute as we needed 1 night sleep somewhere along the way, and it looked convenient and good value. The room as basic, but sufficient for 1 night. The bed was comfortable, the shower strong. We found street parking in front which was free. Good communication on the app before arriving. The restaurant was closed, however the hotel is in the town centre and we found another restaurant easily. If you ignore the view right under the hotel, you can see the beautiful church on the background. We opted not to have the breakfast.

Small rooms with comfortable beds, shower and bathroom. Overall clean. Booked two rooms one was good other one was stinking of cigarette smoke. Wasn't nice experience on our second stay. Previous year was slightly better. But its 2 start hotel and its supposed to be budget hotel so overall ok for our overnight stay. Staff was also helpful. Very close to some food restaurants and overall good location. Not very far away from motorway Overall positive experience, shame about the one specific room of that specific cigarette smell.

The staff are warm, efficient, friendly. The hotel is very clean and quiet (in an otherwise noisy little town). Breakfast was very nice. Pancakes. Italian ham. Fresh strawberries ! Very accomodating for cyclists. Flers is not a recommended tourist destination. I do not recommend it either (I needed a train).
