....certainly a first, the access corridor is 'outside, as a balcony. But don't let this put you off, the massive window lets in lots of daylight (privacy courtesy of a net curtain). There is also an inner porch. The room had the essential 'kettles for a brew. Bed, really comfy. Bathroom, has a shower/bath, nice hot water with it. This is a 70's style place but for a stop-over it is perfect and hits all the essential criterion - notably comfort, solid walls and floors (so peaceful/quiet), a good size bathroom, a workweek and a table for your case. The breakfast was a really nice, traditional continental breakfast (I took my own tea-bag though). Really nice and pleasant breakfast staff on hand (which is so nice). This place has a bar (but closes at 9.30), but they allow you to take drinks back to the room (so a win/win). I had a solid, undisturbed sleep and left with a full tummy. What more did I need for a stop-over.

Friendly service, comfortable hotel

The room was very clean and I felt like home because I had the view on the garden from my ground floor room. The wifi is fast and reliable. The bed is extremely comfortable and the shower is well fitted. There is coffee, tea and a boiler provided in the room and the windows can open completely which is great to bring some fresh air inside after a hot day. The staff is smiling and reacted quickly when I had problem connecting to the wifi. (You have to write your name in capital letters). There is restaurant around. I recommend

David, the host was very friendly and welcoming. He made us a 3 course dinner which was excellent. The hotel has a beautiful garden in the back yard and sits next to a small stream which gives the place a sense of relaxation.

Easy to find. Easy access. Clean room and bathroom

The location is convenient, with several shops and restaurants nearby. Being slightly outside the city and close to the highway is a big plus, as it helps avoid morning traffic. Free on-site parking is a great bonus. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. While the breakfast selection isn't particularly remarkable, it’s perfectly adequate to start the day on a good note.

Chosen on price, convenience to the motorway. Check in and out easy.

Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious with a good shower. Soundproofing excellent Plenty of breakfast choice
