It was well priced. It was not as bad as some of the reviews said. Very acceptable as long as you arent expecting anything fancy and just looking for a place to spend the night.

Friendly and helpful staff. Surprisingly, good breakfast. It's definitely worth paying the extra even had scrambled eggs and sausages. Bed was very comfortable and duvet good.
