Friendly warm and welcoming staff. The rooms are bigger than we expected, which was great as we travel with our dog. Good continental breakfast too. Big bed and amazing pillows. It was very nice to have the tea and coffee making facility as it's uncommon to get a kettle in most hotels in Europe.
