Excellent staff, very helpful and welcoming. The room was small but the window made it feel open and the price was excellent value.

Loved the friendliness of staff and the ease of access. Mattresses were a little too firm for me but that’s personal preference. Overall good experience

Stayed here for four nights in December and had an amazing stay. We loved the location of this hotel. It is a little outside the crazy busy town centre but the area around the hotel was so cute. So many restaurants, cafes and a little street market all within a block or two. Good access to both the metro into town and the L train we took out to Versailles. Hotel is cute and has so much charm. Room was small but that is to be expected in a building like this. It had enough space for the two of us and the shower had amazing pressure and hot water. Was a little worried from other reviews that it was cold but we found the temperature in our room very comfortable during the day and evening. Loved the coffee and water you could get in the Lobby. Would recommend and stay here in the future again.

Close to a lot of shops, not too far from tourist places. Comfy.. only stairs incase you can't walk up

The staff was very nice! I accidentally booked a room that had the toilet next to the bed and I asked the staff for an upgrade to a more comfortable room and they offered it free of charge! The room looked exactly like in the pictures and it was clean and it smelled nice. Metro line and bus stations are a few minutes walk away and it made commute easy. Also the cookies were tasty!

Clean, nice and renovated. Dunno why is it 7.1, maybe before it was, but now the hotel is looking very good. Def gonna book again

This hotel is just 5 min away from 2 metro stations. The surroundings are very safe and quiet. Bakeries and supermarkets are around everywhere. The hotel itself was very cozy and clean. The room was wide enough with lovely window. The staff members were very cheerful, helpful and friendly.

Dustin, at the front desk, was superb. Very professional and accommodating.

Great front office staff, combined with an accessible location, close to the Paris main touristic sites, made my stay as one of the most pleasant stays in Paris this year. A futuristic hotel interior design concept is very well integrated into the Paris traditional roofs buildings neighborhoods, with a cozy view on traditional Parisian roofs but also the hotel has a nice view to the Tour Eiffel and Business Center of Paris.

Fuss free stay with great service! From check in to the restaurant, service was warm & genuine. Chief Concierge, Louis & his team, was excellent with his recommendations on what to do in the city during our stay. Even sent a little Hyatt teddy to our room for our 6 year old! Highly recommended for anyone who's looking at a good location but not too near the city area with convenient access to the train stations

I loved the location, staff and breakfast

room was cozy, had a window you could open wide to ventilate, breakfast was abundant and full of choices. The restaurant and bar were a good option to eat and drink if you were tired and did not want to go out. Staff was super friendly

The staff went out of their way to ensure we had a very wonderful stay at our hotel. Everyone was so kind, so attentive and so caring towards us. During check in we were upgraded to a superior room which was chic and fantastic. I loved the coffee machine, the aesthetics of the room, the sheets and fabulous toiletries. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of foods to choose from in the morning. Located near the Arc de triomphe with many cafes and restaurants in the area. The metro station is 100m from the hotel. Thank you very much for everything!

Everything, especially cleanness, bed and bathroom facilities. Staff ❤️Location was also great, with metro access and the bus station to the airport just 15 mins walk. Neghborhood was very good and safe as well!❤️
