Extraordinary friendly welcome Location ,marvellous Restaurant attached to the hotel ,also very good and nice local cafe/ bar a mere short jump away from the hotel

The place is claan, the staff was very friendly and the area is beautiful and perfect for nature walks!

Loved the location in a real Basque town and the services of the hotel. Staff were very nice. Pool was dated but functioned and the spa in hotel was a great treat!

Upgraded facilities in the rooms, but the building over all seemed in need of upgrades.

We arrived early and were able to checkin at that time, which was really appreciated! We were a last minute booking and they were able to accommodate us. Also, there was secure parking for our motorcycle.

Very friendly and most helpful staff, though it did help that several of us spoke French. Modern rooms with everything we needed. We appreciated the elevator. The fact that the restaurant was closed while we were there was probably a good thing, as it was very quiet in the rooms directly above the otherwise lively terrace.
