Given the age of the building (1896), I thought it was well-maintained. The owner was also very helpful in helping us try to locate WW1 American soldier sites, using period photographs that I had. He spent a lot of time with us. Finally, it is situated next to La Table a Victor, a highly-rated restaurant in Toul.

What a wonderful place! The chateau was fantastic, with beautifully decorated rooms and a lovely back garden to stroll and enjoy nature. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly and provided excellent advice on local attractions— everything top notch!
